The bag is okay overall and does what I need it to do. For some reason, the zipper sticks sometimes, which can be a bit frustrating, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me

I got my rimowa a few months back, the handle is the thing I keep noticing the most. It slides up really smoothly and doesn’t do that annoying wobbly thing, even when I’ve packed way too much stuff in there, which I always do, even though I tell myself I’m going to travel light. I’ve dragged it through airports, train stations, and one very chaotic coffee run where I nearly missed my platform, and it still feels sturdy. So far, I’m happy with it.

They did get back to me after a few days and eventually helped, but I had to explain my issue twice, which felt preventable. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either.

I’ve used my Rimowa on a few trips now, the wheels are super smooth and quiet when you’re gliding through airports, which is lovely. The second you hit a rough sidewalk, though, they start feeling a little stuck, because apparently pavement was asking too much. Still a great suitcase overall, just not quite perfect

i mean, it does look really nice, but the case is way heavier than I expected. Once I had it packed, getting it onto trains and into overhead bins was a hassle. For the price, I thought it would be a lot easier to handle.

I bought mine from RIMOWA, the price made sense to me. It’s definitely not cheap, but the suitcase feels super solid and really well made, like it could survive a small apocalypse. Checkout was quick and easy too, which I always appreciate. I’d much rather pay a bit more once than keep replacing bags every few trips. Easy 5 stars from me.

I’ve taken this on a couple trips already, and it’s held up better than I expected. There are barely any scratches on it. Just a warning, though, if you’re super picky about keeping things completely flawless, travel will still leave tiny marks here and there.

I’m still a little confused how they got my suitcase wheel fixed so fast, but they did. The staff was really nice, and somehow my suitcase looks good again like nothing happened. Happy with it overall

But after packing for my first weekend trip with it, I started noticing the interior setup wasn’t as practical as I expected. The dividers felt a bit awkward, and there wasn’t much small-pocket space for things like chargers, socks, or toiletries. By the time I was packing the night before my trip, I ended up pulling out my packing cubes just to keep everything organized. For the price, I thought it would make packing easier, not messier. Great shell, but the inside was a letdown for me...

After just a few trips, the lock started getting stuck and became really frustrating to use. I had a bad feeling about it once it didn’t feel smooth the first time, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct. Not something I’d feel confident relying on again.

I’m particular about shipping when I’m buying something like luggage online, but the tracking was easy to follow and the box arrived in good condition. I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery window changed once, which meant I had to move my day around a little. It wasn’t a huge issue, though. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience

I checked out RIMOWA because, i really wanted to like the suitcases, but I don’t know, the whole design just felt a little too cold for my taste. Like, the grooves are definitely iconic and all, but at the same time, almost every model kind of looks the same to me. The colors felt safe too, maybe even a bit boring. For the price, I guess I expected something with a little more personality or something that would actually make me excited to buy it. It does look well made, for sure, but style-wise, yeah, it just didn’t really pull me in.
